helping a friend sort some of her late dads tools,
Not sure what these are my self.
Thought the 1st one might be a saw kerf setting tool, but not sure.
The 2nd one I have no clue.
The 3rd one "Might" be a Brake spoon?

3rd one might me a cotter pin puller or an iron (plumber's).

third one could be a cotter pin tool. the ends look a bit blunt for the task, though.

second one is a carpet cutter
third one looks like the tool that they use when setting brick to remove excess cement between bricks
That would be my guess...
I could be wrong on all three of these.

My old blackhawk set came with something that looks like 3rd one. I think it is a brake adjuster/cotter pin tool.

right, brake spoons have flats on each end.

Hyde made tools for painters and paperhangers. I found one of their putty knives once. They have a nice website with several vintage catalogs in their History section from the 30's through the 60's for download. She might get a kick out of seeing it in a catalog.

I suggest looking at those vintage catalogs on their site that Lugz mentioned. Their vintage leather and shoe knives are highly respected by modern leather crafters, and every time I find one it sells quick.

If you didn't already check it out, here ya go, Bubinga... my quickie I didn't spend more than a few minutes thinking about this guess is that the "No. 1000" trimmer became, cleverly, the "Century" trimmer some time between 1935 and 1960, and your friend's pop's example falls in between there somewhere..
