I just happened to see this short video on FB yesterday. The video doesn’t really show what tool is being used here though.
I do public works for a living, and we have multiple condensers on our villages buildings that are horribly bent over. More than you could use a simple comb on.
Anyone know what is being used in this video?
Thanks

Looks like is probably a comb type attachment for an oscillating tool. Looks pretty cool. I would thing you would need a variety of those with different spaces between teeth to fit various condensers.

wow! I've done that with a wooden popsicle stick... took for-ever! (and a 1970 Opel Kadett has a teeny-tiny radiator!)

Condenser Coil Connection, Greenwood, IN 46143 / https://www.condensercoilconnection.com/ / est. 2019 / "Shaeco" condenser coil straightening tool / patent 11986913 May 21 2024 Donald Wayne Beechler /

Mr. Beechler, inventor of the "Shaeco" tool, is a U.S. military veteran and a motorhead. Product is made in U.S.A. What's not to like?
I had a nice conversation with his wife Paula.

The "tool" is $80 bucks
You attach it to your Variable Speed DeWalt (or Craftsman) oscillating "multi-tool", apply some lubricant to the fins, and fix smooshed condenser coil fins in a jiffy. There is a "how to" video on the website.

Buy direct from the factory - they currently have no distribution network set up.

Yes, a long time! I have a set of combs, but when the fins are bent over badly they don’t work too well I usually have to get them semi strait with a small screwdriver and finish with a comb. But small areas can even be time consuming. Huge condensers for our public buildings would take days.
Thanks for the link, I’ll have to look into these for next spring’s projects.

^ If you watch the video, he follows up with one of those "fin combs" - the tool is designed to get the process started.
It looks to me like a winner - he's going to make money with that thing if he can keep the copycats at bay for a bit. HVAC tradesman will cut HOURS off jobs - he's just bringing it to market now. Initial investment is going to be $200 bucks - I can tell from the video you're going to want BOTH sizes of that widget, and he (and his wife) HIGHLY recommend the DeWalt variable speed oscillating tool because of the "variable speed" feature and the trigger design. (I would guess he's tried out more than one model for that task.)
So maybe the initial buy-in will also include the cost of the new DeWalt unit as well.
He puts all of it in one package for $1250.
