what type of caulk?

I have a 4 ft piece of salt that that goes from the concrete floor to where drywall starts. My question is what type of caulk can i use that will adhere to concrete and the salt treat and will be water proof. The reason is to keep water out of insulation in wall ( i did use foam board for first 2 inches) just want to keep moisture out. reconditions for type or brands and where to buy for my 36 by 40. Thanks
