What type of insulation with full double-bubble

So my pole building is 36x46 and when it was built I went with full double bubble under the metal roof and metal siding on walls. Later on a did all 2x6 bookshelf girts (2ft OC) with the idea of running all my wiring on and putting in 24” batts horizontally. Now that I’ve got the building pretty much all wired up I’m starting to think about insulation. With the double bubble do I want unfaced or faced or I really am not sure, thanks guys!

I have been thinking about the same thing. I love the double bubble or closed cell with foil on both sides. Does yours have foil facing?

I have been using the foil faced for years and love it. People bad mouth it and say it only has an r value of 1, but the foil makes it reflect heat and that makes it much more effective. We have a 16x24 addition on the house and it sits on piers. We used foil faced double bubble under it and the floor is plenty warm even when it is -40 outside. Once the sides are closed in it will be even better. Radiant heat is what you feel the most.

I vote for no fiberglass and just installing another layer of foil double bubble with a 2" air space. You could do a third layer if you want and the insulation value would multiply like crazy.

Yes my double bubble has foil facing on the outside. Before the siding went on my entire garage looked like a giant silver tin foil dome lol. I’m pretty sure I’m going to end up going with rockwool
