What vise is this?

Seller wants $45. It's on Craigslist. Here are his comments:
"5" SWIVIL REGULAR STRIGHT JAWS AND A LOWER SET OF PIPE JAWS, 13" CLOSED"

Any idea about the maker and whether it's worth $45?

Worth $45? depends on how hard you're going to work it. If you break it, you won't cry as much as if you broke a $300 Wilton bullet.

Usually when I have seen those with the big number cast on the side they are a made in china vise and sold by many different sources. that said if you need a vice like that and it aint broke the price is decent. hell , I have a big one from olympia tool co that I bought in 1980 and I use it hard with zero probs and it is a china vise.

Thanks. I don't need one that big but if it had been a good one, I would have bought it.
