What was this wrench from?

Picked it up yesterday with some stuff from a flea market buddy.

One side has "SCOTT" embossed.

The other side has what looks like an embossed Armstrong logo.

Strange but no size markings or part number either.

Anyone know of these:question:

That's not an Arm & Hammer logo, it's an Armstrong Tools logo.

"Scott" may be Scott outboard motors, formerly Scott-Atwater, but from the late 1950s to early 1960s when Scott-Atwater was owned by McCulloch Corp., they went simply by Scott.

Could very well be that motor brand.

Maybe I can clean it with some Arm & Hammer, lol.

I was wondering if maybe Scott motorcycle?

By the way, my measuring eye's not great but the ends look to be 1-1/16" by 11/16".
