This seller is a real winner...not. I had a run in with him last spring. I bought a set of craftsman USA flex head ratcheting combo wrenches. It was a good price. He tore them out of the package and threw them in a paper envelope loose. Of course I received an empty envelope with a huge hole in it. He fought me big time calling me a liar and telling me how there was no way his packaging could have possibly ripped. I saved every piece of correspondence, tried to work things out...gave him every opportunity to make it right. He was still a jerk so I filed a complaint with eBay, they sided with me, and I was refunded. I will never b from him again. I appropriately left him negative feedback too. Plead your case, be civil, and honest. eBay and PayPal will side with you.
Here is my run in with that seller documented...

Thank you for posting this, just got done reading that and it's a shame. I'm getting slammed with the "being ethical and honest" bit too. He packaged my ratchets the same exact way, I guess he doesn't learn. I guess being ethical excludes using a business name that appears to be related to General Motors and selling "authentic licensed GM products".
