Ok so I am wanting to give my garage a make over since it is the last space in my house to do. Replacing the floor is not an option. There are some cracks and the floor is not level. Water from snow melt and rain from the cars tends to run toward the side wall.
There are some obvious hollow voids under the floor and I have a mud jacking company coming to give me an estimate on doing some minor lifting and filling of these areas.
I am also getting estimates for a pro install epoxy floor. I don't have the time for a DIY. I was also looking at doing a tufseal PVC tile. Since I have a water issue I want to be able to squeegee as needed thus the tufseal option.
I suspect that the price will be near the same for one another. I use my garage to park the cars and do a little wood working etc. Just curious as to what you guys think.
