At this juncture, I would say Husky. Price isn't bad. The little bit I've used has been surprisingly good. Also, yeah...that double rollmarked socket. If it's good enough for trucks to rebrand...you could probably do worse. Plus...Husky makes a rotohead ratchet.
The Chinese Craftsman isn't too bad. Sears' longevity is questionable, and it would cost a bit more to go beyond their basic ratchets. Cman ratchets are not my first choice.
