New to the forum, but am looking at expanding the layout of my shop and will need a larger tool box. Any idea of the year of this Snap On tool setup? Thanks for any information:

I am not the resident toolbox expert, but when I asked pretty much the same question, I was directed to look at the back of the box, where you will likely find model, serial # and date.

I am not near the box at all as it is a distance from me and am looking to buy, but would like more detail.

Looks to be a KR660/690 combo. Late 80’s early 90’s is correct.

Thank you! Any idea on street price if in very good condition? Give or take 20% based on regional differences if any.

$1500 to $2000 would be my WAG. Possibly up to $2500 if everything including slides was in excellent condition. I'm in NYC area so my thoughts on prices reflect where I'm from. Really just a guess on my part they appear to be a nice set.

I would agree with these comments living in Denver. My main box is a KR7100 made in 1989. It is similar to this one and I really like this era.
