What year is this Craftsman Box?

Anyone have any idea what year this Craftsman Roll Cab is? I am thinking early 50's? It's in pretty rough shape and has been repainted. It's been in my parents basement for as long as I can remember. Worth fixing up?

I think you are about right on the time line. Based on the badge and drawer pulls. Which look like remline (I think) drawer pulls.

I think it is in pretty good shape, considering its age and some of the other I have seen.

I would say so, those old craftsman boxes were built like tanks.

Definitely 50's that looks like my 25 inch wide 3 drawer that is the basis of my welding bench/box. The width is the key for any closer date ID. That and the corners; rounded all around or only on the front.

I am pretty sure the back corners were not rounded...

Selling it? But yes, worth fixing up, Dents will take some time.
