What's a craftsman wall cabinet worth?

I came across one of those old craftsman crown top wall cabinet tool boxes an older guy has. He said he would sell it but not sure what to offer him.
It's the kind that has 2 doors that open and the tools are hanging there like on display

if it's not beat up, rusted, etc., offer him $40 for it, see if he bites. If it's immaculate, double that. Personally, if it's perfect shape, I wouldn't go higher than $120.
