Just got back from a trip along coastal Maine. Saw some fun stuff and forgot to ask what the heck it was. So, any ideas? Totally forgot to ask the dealer. Brass object on wood handle- no idea. Hand forged item- maybe a hay hook or something? Thanks for taking a look! IMG_4165.jpegIMG_4164.jpeg

Did ya ask mr google?

"Mould, wafer biscuit" looks promising. (Or not).
Roll out the dough flat, use tool to cut out crackers with baking holes.

Description
Brass cylinder with plunge centre for making wafer biscuits. The mould has numerous small rods to produce perforations in the wafer. In the centre is the word "WINE" in reverse. Long birch wood handles at right angles to the mould.
