Carry it. I test drive too much to keep remembering to grab it. I sometimes leave my phone on my box and forget to bring it with me on a test drive or mission. I get a panic attack if my wallet is not in my back pocket.

I carry mine with me all the time. 99% of the time in my back pants pocket, but sometimes it ends up in my front coat pocket if I get something out and do not feel like putting it back, ie drive thru for lunch.

I keep it in my back pocket or lock it in my desk, but since I am in an office all day I am guessing I am not your target audience.

I throw it on my desk, but then again you have to have passed a polygraph to get into our office so theft isn't a concern, but like cburnscrx, I don't think I am your target audience.

Keep it in the very back of my top drawer of my box (KRL 722) or in my locker with a padlock on it. I cant carry anything in my back pockets at work, i more often than not end up on the ground helping others pull transmissions or doing something and gets annoying on a plastic creeper.

I'm in the field and the wallet, as mentioned, occupies my back pocket or I panic. Once in awhile I'll carry it in a front pocket like if I'm at a big public gathering like the races or airport. That outline in my jeans is a certain tip off. Really, I'm pretty careless.

Most of my stuff goes in my lunch box / cooler thing. Digital camera, wallet, keys , etc. Working on stuff getting turned upside down / climbing around on equipment means you either drop stuff out of your pockets or else you lay on it and that can be an annoying distraction.

Back pocket always...

Re: being on a military base and not having to worry about it... The only time my wallet was ever stolen was on base by a locker thief.. A lot of druggies back then and they hadn't figured out how to test people yet (70-71)...

Back pocket, right to be specific, with the button on the pocket buttoned. I carry my fuel card for my van, my badge for one customer, and of course my id. Only time I ever leave it anywhere else, is when I'm working in the rain, then it gets locked in the front of my van

Mine sits on my desk, next to my computer. Everyday employees and customers walk past my desk. One day it'll disappear. But I've been lucky over the last nine years.

Leave it in my "grip" (luggage). I'm around the area most of the time. Plus I only
Work with 2-3 different ppl daily so it's easy to find the perp.

Top right drawer of my tool box. Can't afford to drop it into a custpmers vehicle.

Mine stays in my top toolbox drawer, under some stuff.

Speaking about losing it in a customers car I have done that before.

A few months ago I dropped my cell phone in a customers car and did not realize it until the car was gone. So I tracked my phone online. They were about 10 miles away at a shopping center. Really freaked the customer out when I phoned them and asked if they could come outside to their car and unlock it for me and that I was standing at it.

I have a overseas contractor "man purse" I am still using becouse I can't find a wallet I like. I like the look I get when I have to pay for something. Oh, throw it on my work table.

back pocket, except in my favorite pair of jeans that the shotgun shell thing on it(yeah, i'm somewhat of a redneck...and besides my momma gave it to me for christmas a few years ago) rubbed through the pocket to the point the damned thing falls out, so in those it goes up front w/ my pocket knife and shop keys

It in my back pocket most of the time but if i will be on the ground rolling around under a car I have to remove it otherwise it hurts my ***. Same with my belt key fob. Tired of hearing my truck start 300 feet away when I accidentally hit the remote start button.

Top drawer of my cart, as soon as I walk in the shop I toss my wallet and keys in there. On set usually in my pocket, sometimes I leave it in my truck. Back pocket anytime else.
