whats HWS oxide ?

Hey guy's cant find this when I google it.

I'm in the process of getting stuff together for my garage floor.
It's been recomended to use a densifier in the topcoat.

When I went back to Armorcoat they advised an HWS oxide;
not sure if they do it or its available separatly.

Anyone heard of this?

Hws oxide is a non skid additive, like a round sand particle.

This product is great in pigmented urethane or thin mil epoxy.
Apply in a clear urethane over a mildly dark color it looks bad.
Apply in 100% solids and it sinks.

sorry should have given more info;


will be using Armorcoat (top coat tinted grey)
Epoxy hi build AR1707LVP
AR3210 Urethane Topcoat
