whats in your toolbox junk drawer

take your pick!!! as much as i try to organize this box it just seems to end up the same way. i also have a drawer in my box at work for misc. ****. you know the stuff that get used every now and then but you don't want to get rid of the stuff!

WOAH there klhitman! that's quite the junk drawer! I have Band-aids, asprin, calculator, a pile of those little instruction books you get with new tools, rolaids for after the lunchtime chili dog, paper, pens and marking stuff, paperclips,stapler, broken stuff for the tool guys and a tube of hand lotion for those sticky O-Rings.

I call it my "sh*t box" which has every piece of junk that turns into magic when needed to complete a job or task.

From hangers to plastic coffee lids and every material, not limited to screws, nails, nuts, bolts, leather, string, angle iron, steel rods, brass, aluminum, solder, ect.ect.

Only thing is, it isn't a drawer but a 20 inch by 36 inch by 8 inches deep 1/4 inch thick aluminum hinged box. It can hold a whole lot of stuff. Any loose thing I get after finishing a job (contracting) goes into it if it is not box or container material.

I had a record player but traded it last year as I couldn't find needles for it anywhere...

I call it "the little drawer of horrors" while no real junk in it but it has all those things that do have a drawer they really fit into. Things like
little wire brushes, battery straps, inspection mirrors, magnets, homemade tools. etc,etc. All my tool boxes have one

wow almost exactly the same thing. also add drill bits and a a punch kit and we're identical.
