I bought this from a friend back in like 2006. From what I remember he didn't use it much due to it being noisy. I picked it up and never even plugged it in. All I did was open the valve to drain it. It's been in storage ever since.

My question is what is this bad boy worth? I'm never going to use it and it makes no sense to let it sit.

That's a 60-gallon unit, I'd say it's worth a bit more than $150, even with the oil-free compressor.

I would think that would go for ~$300 around here.

Certainly not 6.5HP, though. That's from the era of bogus HP claims on compressors and pressure washers. :)

really a 3 hp (14 amps, 220 v) and 60 gallon oil free type; I'd say about $200 to $300. I bought a similar one, but oil lubricated twin cylinder type and 5 hp a year ago for $200.

Thanks for the info everyone.

I don't have access to a 220v plug-in unfortunately. I have to load it up and check it out at my father's place when he's back in town before listing on C/List.

If anyone is in the NW Indiana area and is looking for a sweet deal on this compressor send me a message. I know it will go to a good home if someone here buys it.
