What's the difference between the two Harbor Freight 44" rolling base chests?

What's the difference between the Harbor Freight 44" rolling chest base
68784 and 69387

They appear to be the same to me, but 68784 has many more (and higher) review ratings?

I've often wondered this too. Has anyone been able to actually compare the two? Why is one better, is it?

I think the different part numbers refer to different factories that built them.

I recently picked up a used one off Craigslist and it has 4 part numbers on the label that are different then the numbers linked here.

If you look at the specs of both you'll quickly see that one is 40" high by 44 3/4" long by 18 1/2" deep while the other is 40" high by 42" long by 18" deep.

I think the additional "length" on the 44 3/4" is because they included the handle on the left side. The boxes themselves are both the same length.
