whats the difference? grip latch and integrated latch

im in the market for a new box. has to be craftsman. cost + size + layaway allows me to afford a larger box. SO and Mac are nice but im not paying the price.

i know what grip latch is as i have a edge series box. but what is integrated latch system? my local sears does not stock much so i could not see an example.

any help is greatly appreciated.
