What's this called - lift adjustable air coupler

Where can I find one of these and/or what's it called so I can search for it:

It comes with this lift: http://www.gregsmithequipment.com/Atlas-12ASL-Alignment-Scissor-Lift but I haven't found any more info there.

I've tried searching for "adjustable air coupler" but haven't found anything that looks like it does what (I think) that does.

I'm not sure if it's just on-off, or if "adjustable" means it is a regulator?, but it seems to control the air by turning (pushing?) the outer ring?

Anyone know?

It is probably made for Atlas Lift. It looks like an on/off air valve that you pull for on and push for off.

That would be a pneumatic slide or sleeve valve. There are various companies out there that make them. Standard fare in the pneumatics world.

ON EDIT Pay attention to the Clippard site where they describe the two way and three way valves and then figure out which you have. When you go to the off position does it exhaust the downline pressure, 3 way, or does it just cut off the supply, 2 way ?
