I found a post from somebody that said he had one with Kent Moore KMO965 on one side and Bonney 6967 on the other. I had no luck with that number, either.

That's a circlip wrench, for adjusting the rotational position of circlips.

Years ago my boss sent me out looking for one, along with a watermelon peeler and some AC batteries.

Ever since I found one, I've been looking to collect the whole set but haven't had much luck.

It's a wrench for rounded over fasteners.

It's likely an early tool, pre 1950.
