I would guess the lower one to be a pretty fancy screwdriver with no particular application intended with the sides.

Perusing the above link shows the company makes dermatology instruments and tools so probably an older tool from them.

The dermacerator sounds and looks to me like a fancy purpose built medical name for a Foredom handpiece with a duplex flex spring.


EDIT- I just looked through the various Foredom style handpieces available and yours looks like it might be a rebranded Foredom H.8D with an older style chuck guard.

You're right. It turns out that this dermacerator attaches to a Foredom flex shaft perfectly. The flex part can almost bend 180 degrees so it's very flexible.


I still can't identify the ornate screwdriver like tool.

The end is almost too much of an angle to be a screwdriver blade. It's almost chisel shaped. I'm 99% sure it's factory made for a specific purpose. A lot of the other items were medical related if that's any clue. There's a faint mark that's "C.H. Kinnear".
