On a website devoted to the old mining town of Rockerville, S. Dakota this tool was shown mounted on display on the side of one of the old buildings.

Do you trust ePay, four.cycle?
No farther than I could pick them up and throw them across the street. Why do you ask?

My eyes aren't good enough to discern any detail in that first photo image. It just looks like an iron thing - that's all I was seeing.

My first thought was "wire fence tool", but I'm not going down that rabbit hole with a fuzzy photo.... BTDT.

So it's a seed thingie, eh? Wonder what the patent number is....

Why do you ask?

Just because it recently came up in the Kraeuter thread. It wasn't a serious question. We both know ePay descriptions are questionable.

I couldn't tell much from the photo either and neither could Google image search, until I cropped it down to just around the tool and then it nailed it. I'm not going to dig into it any farther. I was just curious whether AI was capable and it seems the answer was yes.
