You'd want to make sure that Snap On has no liens on this box. The seller may be trying to unload without paying off Snap On.

Thanks. I actually have a fox body mustang just taking up space in the driveway that's worth exactly what this box is worth. He's open to trade for a fox mustang. I just am having trouble convincing the wife I need a $3700 tool box. lol
