What's this vise worth?

I just got a text message about a Wilton vise that's for sale. The guy is asking $80. He says that it opens up to 12" Is it worth that?

I don't know what it's worth, but those pics don't look like a 12 inch opening to me.

More like 30 or 40 bux if you're super eager. Only opens to maybe 6" useable, yea maybe 12" sticking all the way out with no support and not threaded in the nut.

Someone else will chime in...but is that an IMPORT Wilton? IDK if it's a USA one. Definitely not there best, not to say it won't do what a vise should. But def pass on anywhere near $80.

I'd pass and wait for another one in better condition because that is not one of the expensive Wilton vises or just wait for an old Prentiss, Reed, Rock Island or other old US made ones even if they might be a little more money.
