Are you buying or selling it?
If you're buying and just looking for a beater, don't pay more than $10 for it. Personally, I'd pass. It's a light duty unit and there are plenty of better vises out there for just a little more money that you'll be much happier with.
I have a really sweet Reed 104 for sale if you're interested. I'm not too far from you so a meetup would save shipping.
If you're selling it, you might get $25-35 for it. The Wilton name gets folks all worked up.
