What's wrong with my vise?

Just picked this up this little vise. When I tighten the swivel, the opposite side lifts up. Looks like the center bolt was sheared off somehow. So I need a new center bolt and washer? Also does it look like the bolt from the swivel is the correct part?

Looks fine to me.
Just replace the center bolt and you should be back in business.

That's a nice vise you've got. A 644 I think.
I've had a 645 for 25+ years of frequent use. they hold up very well.

Looks like the head is missing from the pivot bolt. maybe it broke or someone ground it off ...

I just went through an older 745 for my son. Just a bit heavier.
