Government ones--no warranty.
They might have some value to a collector but not much - they are pretty common, have little advantage compared to their age-related counterparts (rare Snappies), have a low tooth count (lucky to top out near 60t, most around 40t I believe), and are not in terrific shape. That's why they are relatively cheap.
Yeah they made them for many years the flat handle ratchets were even in the 1992 catalogThat ratchet is covered under warranty. Most "government" industrial tools are marked. The reason the don't bring as much is because they made them for 25 or so years. And they made a bunch of them.
Here is a somewhat newer snap on 10" 1/2 drive ratchet, model l-710.

These only go for about $20.
Let me guess...no one wants them due to low tooth count?
Those things got the ergonomics of a 2x4 stud and **** in real use. Makes a raised handle Craftsman ratchet look good.

First time I've ever heard that!
The one I had was a 20 tooth count. Not fine action but tough. I asked Snap-On if there was an upgrade gear available, any higher tooth count. The lady said no.
