A set of SO wrenches and a SO 3/8 socket and ratchet set.

Don't think I'll ever have the greenbacks for either.

A very carefully cared for Dixie #60 or #75 Horizontal Jig Mill.

When new a #60 was about a 1.5 million dollar machine. All told, there are probably less than a hundred in America:

I'd be happy with an S300 Bobcat with all the attatchments and a high end TIG welder.

Everybody wants a 5-axis machining center except me.

There is a lot to be said for doing things the old way. I've found in woodworking that sometimes hand tools are the fastest way to get things done...and sometimes they're more satisfying to use but add way more time to a project that I'm willing to spend. I imagine it's likely the same with some aspects of machining.

I have about as much free-handed talent as a double amputee, so a 5-axis would come in handy machining the stuff of my dreams. It would be nice to be able to machine an entire engine out of a block of billet. This thing would come in handy launching a few businesses I've wanted to pursue, not to mention it would be REALLY handy for my Amazing Workshop. Maybe MTV would give me a show called "pimp my wheelchair" because I could be putting aftermarket wheels of my own design and build on the wheelchairs and power chairs that I service.

Nothing would give me more plesure than to be able to give one of my friends (she's paralyzed from a car wreck that wasn't her fault) a set of wheels for her wheelchair that matched the mustang she loved so much.

Time Machine for me.

Imagine your stuck on a really bad job thats gonna take hours, no probs jump forward to clocking off time.

Dont fancy the early shift on Monday morning, jump back to Friday night and party all over again.

a remote control with mute for the wife would be cool too, I could fast forward when she is getting ready to go out :)
