I don't know how you can say that. Dealing with belligerent sellers who accuse you of lying, filing a claim, taking photographic evidence, composing a reason, and waiting for ebay to pass a ruling, repackaging and re-shipping, and waiting for a refund is all a major hassle.

Your right, that's unfortunate if it's happened to you. Lots of scam artists out there. As a buyer you are way more protected compared to selling though. So a lot of buyers abuse sellers not the other way around.

and don't worry, ebay protects you as a buyer, satisfaction guaranteed or your money back, and I have taken them up on this more than once!

I'll bet you're a real peach to deal with.
