Ok I know everyone here has some sort of tool storage system, wheather small of huge, but whats our favorite colour in boxes?

My boxes are all red but if I had to do it all over agian I'd go for that "Electric Orange" option

If I had still needed a toolbox when that big PINK Snap-On job was on Ebay, I might have bought it. Just for sheer orneriness. Besides, who would steal a PINK toolchest? Consider this: it takes quite a man to have a PINK toolbox; would you mess with him?

Of course I'd put some 'FN HERSTAL', 'S&W', and 'RUGER' decals on it along with the Summit Racing and Snap-On stickers...

I own all red boxes, but I also like the Snap-on Orange, it comes from the last shop I was in everyone color coordinated our tools (each had a certain color, so there was no 'thats mine' going on) and I got all orange handled stuff.

Yeah, that's sort of where the 'pink' thing comes in too. When I was doing Habitat for Humanity, all the regulars had their own tool color just like that. But all the normal colors were already taken, so I used that day-glo pink stuff. Nobody messes with a bright pink FatMax framing hammer. Plus I can tell the girls I have a big pink hammer, and mean it for once!

X2 once you go black, you don't go back :)

I have black and I would not get black again. It shows every finger print and all the dust all the time. I will admit, just like a black car nothing looks as nice when it's clean, but that only lasts around here for a few microseconds :(

I like black & red - I have some of each. I prefer black - but they do so greassy fingerprints and if you are a body man or work in a place that gets dusty - they look terrible.

if I bought new boxes I would get GREEN! ... 'cause that's the color of money ... and I'm either makin' money - savin' money - or putin' money in those boxes ... so far I don't have any green boxes ... mine were bought before you could get 'um in green

Black or blue

Black and blue? Your shop must look pretty battered!:lol_hitti

At home, they are mostly red, as that is the most common color I can find a deal on (I like my green).
At the shop I have a blue Craftman, that they had mismarked and sold me for $65. (wish I had bought a dozen).
If I had a choice (I do on one I am refinishing) and since I live in both a high theft area, and want it to stand out from others (not a common color around here) I would go Yellow, like my cart. (easier to spot a small greasy washer, etc on).

Still, my favorite choice, is BARGIN
