Whatsit called?

Anybody know what this would be called or where I could find them in bulk? My supplier wants 12 for $24 and if all goes to plan I will need about 50 dozen. They also only call them "Mounting Kit". These are used to fasten a filter screen with grommets around its perimeter in place and also allow it to be easily removable. Made of plastic.

Maybe try an awning supply company. They look like they would be used for boat covers and awnings.
