I'd sure like to know what ever anyone can tell me about this fine tool. I posted it on another forum but got impatient and thought I'd see if anyone here would take a stab. Thanks all!

Yep same thing, except the none better is made for a specfic application. The other one you posted is universal as you can put any size socket on it.

Youd have to find that out in a catalog or by finding more from the part number. It could be for adjusting valves in a certain engine, or designed for band adjustment in certain transmissions like torqueflites or turbo hydros....
