Yea, Race Ramps is pretty much the only company doing these.
One thing to note while buying these... it may tempting to go straight for the 12" version, but very few jacks will lift that high without extra help. I have a low car, and can barely fit my jack under it as is, so adding a spacer on the jack is out of the question unless I temporarily set the car on jack stands, then add the spacer.
I ended up returning the 12" one piece and went with the 10". The two piece 12" would work as well.
If I had to do it again, I'd just make my own out of wood. Yea, they're light, but it's not like I'm carrying them around every where.

Just out of curiosity what are these used for? I am having a hard time picturing these being a practical solution for much. Maybe as a substitute for jack stands but then 8" seems a little low for that.

I would guess that 8" under the wheels is like jack stands that are 14"-18" under the frame or pinch welds. And the car is probably more stable than on stands. I would use them when doing exhaust and transmission work. Too much effort for a typical oil change though, probably would just use stands. I am considering building wooded ones and have the bug to by a quickjack but that looks like it might be as much trouble as stands or cribs.

Yup, height is generally ground clearance + height of cribs.
So for a normal modern car that puts you in the 13-16" inch range with 8 inch cribs.
I'm getting it for any times where the work doesn't involve the rolling assembly. Much more stable and the stands don't get in the way.
Another interesting use for them is the ability to tighten suspension components with everything loaded vs unloaded.
