got a kerosene torpedo heater (60,000 BTU) & was looking to make a wheel kit. The bottom is the storage fuel tank.

Any ideas?

On buying a kit? Haven't seen one, but welding up a perimeter frame/cradle that the unit sits in seems like an easy solution. Affix the wheels to the frame and you'd be good. Might want a locking wheel - before your torpedo becomes a torpedo (or more likely, gets bumped and roles into something flammable).

^ What he said... but only two wheels on the flame producing end and feet on the other with a handle you can lift like a wheel barrow...

I would just put it on a HF dolly.
They have two sizes.
The small one with some outriggers slould work fine.
