wheel kit idea?

got a kerosene torpedo heater (60,000 BTU) & was looking to make a wheel kit. The bottom is the storage fuel tank.

Any ideas?

Make up a angle iron frame and drop it in it.

go to harbor freight and get a mini mover's dolly.
just grease up the pivot pads on the castors so the rotate good.
