Wheel Lifter/Wheel Hanger

I am looking for a tool that can help me hang/install my super duty tires, when I do maintenance on my truck at home. It is a commericial super duty with utility body and 16 inch tires with steel rims, heavy and difficult to install, plus the rotor turns on you.

I am looking for a wheel hanger/wheel lifter to lift my wheel rotate it in place and start the lug nuts without breaking my back or breaking the bank.

Any suggestions?

Could you adjust the height of the truck so the wheels are at the desired height just sitting there?
