When to pull tape after Sikaflex in control joints

I'm in the process of filling my expansion joints with Sikaflex. I taped the edges with 2" tape prior. I've used a putty knife to get the Sikaflex flush. Im curious as to how long I should wait before pulling up the tape?

Pull the tape as soon as it feels tacky to the touch or begins to skin over.
