Where are the Masons?

So im building a small metal forge out of FireBricks. I want to fuse them together. My question is: Since these are FireBricks, will any fine cement work or is there a special kind of cement that i will have to use?....I want to cement the blocks together to form a little oven and the cement needs to (obviously) withstand heat. thanks guys.

Yep refractory mortar, most of the hardware stores will have it or fireplace stores.

I hate to say this, don't go to the fireplace store. You will probably end up with Rutland. Go to the brick yard and ask for refractory cement.

The Masons are friends of mine.
They are down at the pub right now.
