I already have a gallon of 2 stroke oil. Where can I get a bottle like this ?

That's what I do with my old Stabil and Biobor bottles. Though I only re-use them for fuel additives (like MMO or TCW3).

I save my old one from my 2-smoke oil bottle. Serious - thats how you get those. I love being able to calibrate my oil with is, but yeah, THATS how ya get one.
