Ok, this is probably going to get locked and I may be banned but I have to ask. Someone posted today asking what causes threads to be locked or deleted and now its gone. The thread was asking about a thread someone else started regarding a divorce. Now if this is just a simple no no why can't a mod just say this isn't allowed and lock the thread instead of deleting it so others will know and not ask the same question and have their threads locked as well? I mean no disrespect to any mod or the site as it does provide a ton of knowledge to all of us me included.

divorce threads usually get deleted per the OP request on many sites once they figure out that the wifes lawyer could find it and use it against them.

After doing some looking around, I believe the thread in question is the one from about a month or two ago. In that case, I am nearly certain that I am the one that eliminated the thread after the OP contacted me to do so. May this now sink to the bottom of the pond.
