I got that message a couple weeks ago when I tried to go on there. Wonder what happened
Are these guys done for? No way it takes this long to relocate. I've seen entire electrical suppy houses relocated in 3 days. Giving the benefit of a doubt they don't have a lot of employees, still doesn't make sense that it would take months. Too bad, I was thinking of buying some more williams ratchets.

Sadly, I think they're done. Their Ebay store has nothing listed and there doesn't seem to have been any activity there since 4/23/12. Too bad, I liked ordering Williams tools from them.

I bought screwdrivers from them off ebay, good fast service no issues.
That other member would be me. I've placed two Williams orders with Industrial Supply Denver and received them both quickly with no problems.
It should be noted that Industrial Supply's Williams pricing is about $1.50 per item higher than Tools Delivered. Both sellers had to order some non-stock Williams items for shipment directly from Williams - Industrial Supply seemed to get those orders in to Williams faster than Tools Delivered did.

I have ordered a few Williams sockets from http://www.mrocenter.com/
The prices are good and shipping is free. Shipping is slow one to two weeks for what I have ordered. The web site isnt very good so I just surf the snap on industrial tool catalog and enter part numbers of what I want in the search bar in the MRO web site. The free shipping makes it cheaper than tools delivered.com was if you only need to order one or two things.

ToolsDelivered.com will be up again online before the end of September. We will have many many improvements initially and over the next few months!
As an explanation for being down so long because of our move:
1) Our new location had a fire before we moved in an after we canceled our lease in Colorado causing structural damage to the building. The building has had to be 100% gutted due to this.
2) Our new location is actually in a historic district and requires unusual permitting and approval by various committees and code enforcement officials which takes time.
3) The code officials must sign off on all work before we can get permission to operate. Local codes are vague and subject to local opinion so it has been full of delays (weeks) getting guidelines and approvals.
4) We are now just waiting on electricians to wrap up the warehouse lighting, some trim installers then we will start getting up the racks.
5) The plan is in 2 weeks we will be unloading the semi trailers we have been storing everything in and be shipping again.
That is all for now.
