Where Do I Find This Ratchet?

I was over a guys house the other day (picking up some tires from Marketplace) and we needed a 3/8 ratchet for a quick adjustment. He goes to his shop and gets a ratchet. It was a Husky product. What got me is that it had a knurled handle that you'd spin and it would turn the ratchet head. This would be ideal in a very tight, confining situation. Do any of you know what this is called and if it is even available? He told me that he's pretty sure that Stanley makes a similar ratchet.... TIA

Thanks guys, I think I'll get the Craftsman...I've had quite a few situations where I've needed this...

They are called rotator ratchets, they come in 1/4, 3/8 and possibly 1/2 but not sure. They do come in handy in tight spots where the conventional back and forth of the ratchet is not possible. I have a Stanley (from Walmart) and a Facom both in 3/8. Very nice addition to your ratchet collection I assure you.

I saw these ratchets in Home Depot quite some time ago, but I tested one in the store and it kept jamming. I tried several and they kept getting jammed or locked up, so I figured it was just a gimmicky product and did not buy one. I don't know if it was a defective lot or a bad design, but I was not impressed. If you really need one, I strongly suggest you go to the store and see the exact one that you're going to buy in person, handle it and test it, before you buy. And, as always, good luck with that. Lol.

I strongly believe Snap on ratchets, wrenches, maybe sockets & everything else Taiwan. I have Blue Point wrenches that are superior to the chinesium craftsman I have. Would like Snap on ones tho.

I normally hold on Snap-On bills, but I've just picked up a Tekton bill because I have a few wrenches (I've had 1/8" up to 2" wrenches and declined to pay the prices of the truck tool) and I was pretty impressed.

I have the Blackhawk 3/8 which is a Stanley. It works well and sometimes saves the day. No problems with reversing or jamming. Do wish the head was not so thick.
