Where do I get the Harbor Freight 20% off coupon?

I have been searching on here, but can't find a thread that directs me to they are. Do I have to join or something?? I live in Oklahoma City and we have a large HF store down the street, but you can't get them on the phone.

Check to see if your doctor or dentist has copies of Car & Driver or like magazines in their waiting rooms the next time you're in for a checkup. Ooops... did I just suggest to steal HF coupons?
