Where I work

These are my 2 buildings on my home property, some accuse me of being a "stay at home dad".

I currently work in the building on the right, 50x60, 12' walls. The building on the left went up last fall, 40x52, 12' walls. The new building is bare stud walls inside currently. I will be insulating and finishing the interior this spring. At that point we will move half of our work over into the new building.

We are a classic auto restoration shop in northern MN.

Thanks. I just tossed up a random grab of photos. some projects go way deeper than we plan. we replaced 90% of that mustang's "frame" along with all the body panels.

Long road, but she's quite the car now.

Yes, metal fab, welding, panel shaping, body work, paint, electrical, mechanical.

Does your ford have a full metal roof?

We had to make the roof filler panel for this 35. English wheel, 18 ga CRS

I have 2 boys and a daughter. The daughter and one boy are grown up, moved out, both starting families of their own. Our youngest boy is 15, he does like this stuff, all the kids do actually. The oldest boy worked with me in the shop until he moved away, the younger boy will work with me this summer.

Thank you, I built that one for my mother a few years back. It was the first project to go through my shop. (2014)

Ahh no we have enough! Ironically I just picked up a Boss v plow for the ranger & plan on mounting it on sat.. guess I will get to try it out right away.

Reminds me, I have to put mine back on my truck this afternoon. It's my only hope for keeping the snow away (being ready for it).

If I forget to put the plow on after work, we'll get a foot for sure.

Are you guys having a car show in Fertile this summer? I like the show in Twin Valley, I try to hit as many small town shows as I can.

I grew up in a bumpside highboy. Sadly metal cancer sent it to truck heaven with 490,000 miles.
