Where is the model # on a Hot Dawg?

I have a fancy Hot Dawg "explosion proof" gas heater that was installed in my shop by mistake. Long story, but it looks like I'll be using it anyway.

I'm trying to figure out how many BTU it is so I can calculate the gas cost to run it. I can't find a BTU or model number anywhere on the unit! It is nearly new and hasn't been used. I found the manual left on top of it (seems dangerous?) and it showed about 5 different models with different BTU outputs and model numbers. Nothing about which one I had.

So...does anyone know where Hot Dawg puts either a model number or BTU number on their heaters?! Some way to identify it??

What do you mean by "exposion proof" ? Do you mean it is rated for use in an explosive atmosphere?

Remove the side cover farthest from the output vents. It has the operating instructions and should list the model #. If not, you could also help narrow down/confirm from the unit dimensions from the installation/operating manual (pg.19). The 30 and 45 k units dimmensions are the same as are the 60 and 75 k units with the 100k's are in their own class.

Yep, my shop was originally going to be a paint booth but at the last minute the city said NO. Thanks for the info, I'll look under the side cover...

So I went to take the cover off, and noticed it's glued on after I removed the screws. What the hell? Does that have something to do with the explosion proofing?

Judging by the dimensions it must be either a 100 or 125k model. Nice.
