Free shipping? Doubtful, since most of these coatings are HAZMAT. But there definitely are vendors in .CA. Which province/territory are you in?

There are tons of places in Canada to buy epoxy. Niagara protective Coatings - NPC will happily sell retail. They wont offer much in the way of support.
IF you just want chemicals, its easy to get. IF you're looking for some hand holding, support one of the vendors on here. They're helpful. And you can sip it to a shipping depot in the US to pick up - if you're close to the boarder.
