Where to buy Evolution Steel Saw 2 ??

I am looking to purchase the Evolution Steel Saw2 finally after reading all the reviews, comments, etc...

Now where is the cheapest or best place to purchase from? I know a few of you have bought these and im wondering who has had a good experience?

Note: I have already contacted my local Airgas dealer and they no longer have it or cant find it in their inventory, they only stock the Jayson? for $411 + tax.


Lowes has it special order shipped w tax for a total of $405.

Any help is appreciated. Looking to buy this week.

Amazon has it for $385 plus $33.85 shipping. Looks like Lowe's might be your best bet.

I found that deal as well, not great but through Amazon at least.

Any other good tool specific tool dealers out there selling these on the cheap?

I think its 375 at Van Sant Ent. (Trick Tools) call and ask them what is the best they can do. They are great people, they stand behind what they sell, they are helpfull and they will ship fast.

I purchased the exact saw from amazon, no tax and free shipping. Good saw, you will like it.

thanks guys. I checked Van Sant, good but ultimately I went with Lowes. At this point every dollar counts. Total shipped to store- $405-

Hopefully they dont screw it up and the lead time is supposed to be >3 days?

Wish i could have got it locally....

Looks like Sears doesnt carry that exact saw but does have other Evolution saws. Wouldnt really trust Sears to order it anyways.
