Where to buy retaining clips like these?

These are corroded and I'd like to buy a couple new ones. I didn't see them in the specialty bins at Lowes. I don't know they name to search further. I only need 2.

They look kind of like cotter ring or split cotter ring that is sometimes used in sailing in place of a cotter pin to secure rigging since they are more reusable than pins that have to be bent. Not really sure though, how were they used?

We use what looks like the same thing to retain all the hardware on hang gliders where the bolts are drilled so after hand tightening hardware that gets removed after every use they can't back off.

West Marine has them. They call them cotter rings

Yep, cotter rings I see them a lot on Bimini tops.

As already mentioned West Marine but anywhere that sells sailboat parts would have them. Used to secure cotter pins on sailboat rigging. As a bonus they will be stainless steel and never rust. The little crook in the center makes feeding them into the hole in the cotter pin very easy.
