Mike is no longer active, based on my experience and what I've read here.

I've messaged and called him with no response.

There was a Canadian site that sold Toptul and had flat $10 shipping to the US. I think it was called The Tool Chest or something like that.

I spoke to Mike Wren about 6 months ago. His main focus is the industrial tool markets (oil and aviation industries) and not individual sales. However, he will make individual sales if interested. Mike finally has a modern website with a built-in shopping cart here: LINK.

I have ordered a couple times from the Canadian Toptul reseller "The Tool Chest". Unfortunately, they went out of business more than 6 months ago. Their website disappeared around that time .
